My Movie Review... HOSTEL

On Friday night Brett and I decided to go to a movie and for those people that know me and my taste in films and books they know that there wouldn't be a lot of discussion over which film to see... Yes the most gruesome horror movie out at the moment - HOSTEL.

1 hour into the movie and I was wondering when they were going to get rid of the topless women and start showing the blood and gore but hey I'm pretty sure Brett was enjoying it.
However once the blood started flowing you got to see it all and Quentin Tarantino didn't hold back, it was definitely the most gruesome movie I've ever seen but I was a little bit disappointed with the scare factor, if it had only had me sitting on the edge of my seat and looking over my shoulder it would have made it the whole package.

Overall I give the film a 7 out of 10 purely for it's blood and guts, and definitely recommend it to like minded horror freaks. If you're the type that gets a little queasy go and see Bambi.
