Things to see and do (before I die)

Going to Italy has always been a life long dream of mine and after my sister and I went there in November 2005 I thought that I should start writing a list of the places I want to visit next (well before I die anyway) in no particular order.

China (see the great wall)
Hawaii
Niagara Falls
Vietnam
African Safari
Edinburgh
The Grand Canyon

I'm sure there are more places but that's the start of my list, these are the places I've already been lucky enough to visit.
