A little Late

I promised ages and ages ago that I would put pictures of my niece Jessica on my blog... Mainly for Val I think but I had Mum send some pictures of Jessica's birthday especially for it and still haven't posted them.

Despite being the 1st 1st birthday I'd been to since I was.. Well about 1 we had lots of fun watching Jessica open all her birthday presents (as you can see in the picture)

We were supposed to got to the beach for a picnic but thanks to the rain we had to stay indoors and have a picnic at Mum and Dad's place.

Her 1st birthday cake was made to look like one of her favourite animals, Dad put a lot of time and effort into makinga dog cake for his one and only granddaughter.

All in all I think it was a very fun day and I look forward to many more of her birthdays so Jenny they must get better every year from here on in (please please please can we get a bouncy castle one year).

Isn't it crazy how fast time goes it seems like not so long ago Jen was pregnant.

Look how much she has grown the picture below is when she was a few days old!!!
